Can give me some idea like how to put, so I can redesign

Personal preference will be design 3, drop the sofa and switch to a good gaming chair. If not, get a small sofa bed and push against the wall, that way you will still have some space the in center to move around, and the house won't feel so claustrophobia.

If you're worried about getting your door kicked down, install a door security bar.

The gaming chair is a Herman miller or steel leap gas

the sofa is a  sofa bed in case family sleep over, as a dinner table, movies, gaming or sleep over but thinking  of recliner cause so comfit and can be use for movies, gaming or maybe dinning only

If recliner mean cannot become bed and 2 single or 1 single recliner look pointless but the pro so good

The door is living room door not main door

The rest I redesign at home. Also any more idea

second door security bar

Maybe I'm reading it wrong, but it seems like you have 2 aircon units. It's more effective if you have a freezer if you're storing body parts.

In all seriousness, consider getting a lower powered aircon + powerful standing fan. Cuts your electrical consumption and still freeze your fats.

my mother house usee mitsubishi. 12+ years also no major issue.

we do our routine washing and servicing, because got a relative in this business.

it uses the least electricity. . i think that is important in the long run. CAPEX is one off, OPEX is everytime you run it
