Food Preservation:

Canning usually for wet goods (Boiling water bath method + Pressure canner method) (cant work here, as it too humid and hot)

Fermentation (cant work here, as it too humid and hot)

Dehydrating (which can work here)

Freezing  (which can work here)

Preserving in Salt and Sugar  (which can work here)

alcohol (which can work here)

Vinegar (which can work here)

learn something new again. Now i have no problem buy bulk dry goods. hahahahahaha

long term storage for dry goods that will last between 10 and 20 years

it called Oven Canning or dry canning for dry goods (like bean, rice, noodles, flour, cracker  etc....)

Here’s a simple way to save energy: keep your refrigerator full. Some jugs filled with water will do the trick.

When you open the fridge door, cold air escapes and warm air comes in. When you shut the door, your refrigerator has to go to work to cool things down again. By keeping your fridge full, there’s less air space and less cold air to be exchanged with the warm air from your kitchen. Your fridge doesn’t have to work as hard — and you save energy.

Keeping your freezer full has advantages as well. If you lose power, a freezer that is half full will hold food safely for up to 24 hours. But a full freezer will hold food safely for twice as long — up to 48 hours. Fill up some plastic jugs or freezer bags with water and freeze.

i found it.

Turn fire into electricity with BioLite's award-winning stove. Patented combustion technology creates a vortex of smokeless flames for a portable campfire that can cook your meals and charge your gear, all at the same time. Leave the gas canisters behind and unlock the potential of the sticks and twigs around you.

Smokeless Flames

BioLite's patented combustion technology burns off smoke before it has the chance to escape the fire. Control the size of your flame with 4 fan speeds.

Turn Fire Into Electricity

Create 3 watts of electricity from the heat of your fire and use it to charge devices in real-time or store for later use with on-board 2600mAh battery

just sharing my 2 room type 1. home design. please share or advise. thanks

since mine is like a rectangle shape.

i can put the bed on either side but my idea was to use the 3/4 window to put my bed, so when i am at the bed i can look out of the windows but i give up the idea as i afraid it might be too hot. i also choose to avoid the western sun. but not sure if it will be hot near the windows.

i also will doing secondary glazing (1st choice) or solar film (2nd choice)

if anyone got this type of setup please advise thanks

here my few design which i trying out the idea of placing my bed away from the 3/4 windows or at the 3/4 windows, as explain above
