confirm can lose 1.5kg every month.

 

 

limpeh so old liao, but fitter than all u young kumgong pappy serfs.

yes, got plateau de becos the exercises u done consistently has burned off the excess fats liao.

 

afterwards, the exercises r only able to burn ur daily intake and maybe just a bit of the extra fats.

 

if want to really bring down the weight, then have to take low fat, high protein diet liao.
