coffeenut Posted March 13, 2023 Share Posted March 13, 2023 If chiu can do lateral runs for 30min means you welly fit already Is supposed to be high intensity .. 1min short run/lunge tough ground, and back followed by 1 min rest or low intensity stuff. 20mins can complete 10mins of actual laterals .. while your heart rate remains elevated. 3 - 4 metres is more than enough liao. As you become stronger, you can increase the intensity by reducing the "rest" time in 10 second intervals. Don't bother tracking distance.
