Yeah, I mostly brew at home mah .. But sometimes got urge to drink when outside - then go grab something at cafe :(

since late last yr, limpeh stopped liming at kopitiam liao.

 

sibei expensive and not worth the price liao.

 

limpeh now only lim occasionally at those small arty cafes near nap to beo xmms.

If chiu can do lateral runs for 30min means you welly fit already :( 

Is supposed to be high intensity .. 1min short run/lunge tough ground, and back followed by 1 min rest or low intensity stuff. 20mins can complete 10mins of actual laterals .. while your heart rate remains elevated. 3 - 4 metres is more than enough liao.

 

If you doing only running, then is diagonals .. you speed up on the diagonals then run slower on the perimeter to recover.

limpeh usually use the ladder in gym and ladder is ard 2.5-3m depending.

 

limpeh never really count but based on limpeh's tracker, limpeh do ard 8500 steps in 45 minutes, which is equivalent to ard 6km or so.

 

limpeh do at normal running speed, then do a burst for the last 3 minutes or so.

 

then take a short break of ard 30sec, limpeh will do 8x shuttle run burst of ard 12m or so.

 

if starting out, limpeh suggest kgb start at 10mins first then slowly increase to 30 by end of 3-4mths or so.

Chiu get to doing 10-15 reps of high intensity + rest. Use a heart rate tracker. Select a target heart rate range, get there, stay there. 

As you become stronger, you can increase the intensity by reducing the "rest" time in 10 second intervals. Don't bother tracking distance. 

 

In 2-3 months, you'll feature in one of the threads as "Fitspo of the week" and have people commenting on chao sng armpit licking :(

limpeh still not as fit as limpeh wants to be.

 

didi's lateral run program is hiit format but not enough if didi really wants to burn fats and get heart pumping, didi needs to add in burpees, situps, pushups etc in-between.

 

limpeh suggest this hiit guide to didi for a quick 30min workout.

 

1. lateral run of ard 3minute song.

2.  10x burpees

3.  20x planking pushups

4. 30sec on battle rope.

 

then rest 1 minute and repeat.

 

do ard 4x and didi will be tired after this 30min workout

lateral run is more burning fats + stamina while hiit is more for cardio.

 

depending on kumgong pappy serfs' goals for the exercise, tailor ur plan accordingly.

 

or if want mixture, can consider the hiit guide limpeh gave didi.

Moi lose more fat need to buy too many trousers and shirts for office wear :( 

 

Maintain at 70kg and current size can liaoz .. moi is run a bit, lift weights a bit

once kgb is comfortable, kgb can do variations during the run.

Moi last time after a few years of work & stress, become bui2 & balloon to 85kg .. then cut back rapidly to 69/70 & stay here liao. For my height, is a welly safe weight n shape. But yeah, is exercise to keep in control and get tired enough to sleep 6-7hrs everyday

didi better take care if cut down too rapidly.

 

if 15kg lost in 1.5 yr is ok, but if is within 6mths, then is actually dangerous.
