kgb jiu shi kgb, think just doing planking alone can lose weight and have 6 pack.

 

planking only strengthen the core and shaping the abs de and if kgb has alot of belly fats, planking may actually hurt ur core becos of the extra weights.

Planking probably the least bang for time exercise :(  Sibei low bar for couch potato to think they are exercising :(

Plank never elevates my heart rate .. which is what I am looking at during exercise. Abs in bui2 already pretty well developed from lugging around extra body weight. 5min planking vs pushups - crawls - body weight side squats can complete 1min sets with rest and still get higher HR :( 

 

Rather concentrate on stuff that works the larger muscle groups at back, butt and legs & increase heart rate to 120-140 range and keeps it there for a 15-20min period.

Just a little earlier, went Mellower Coffee .. really a lot tables occupied (with laptops) but most have ordered multiple items. But then, it isn't Starbucks :cool:

 

But haiz .. 1 cup of coffee here == almost 40% of buying a 250g pack of good coffee from roaster :(

Coffee not really atas liao. Coffee itself should be less than $2 even with the inflated pricing from roaster.

 

Rest $7 tacked on to cover rent, salary, margin :(

 

Probably drink 2-3 times a month, else at home only

yeah, if didi is kopi drinker, better buy the pack.

 

nb, if drink in-house at these kopi cafes sibei expensive.

 

but heng, limpeh not kopi drinker except for the occasional lim, so limpeh still lim at these cafes sometimes.

if kopi beans good, then buy and brew ownself at home cheaper.
