I did dis the other time for my upper body day focusing on vertical pull and push

 

Top sets: weighted pullup 3x5 jumpsetted with overhead press 3x5

Backoff set: bodyweight pullup AMRAP jumpsetted with OHP AMRAP with 85% of top set weight

 

Accessories: Kroc row 3 x AMRAP jumpsetted with incline DB press 3 x8-10

Finisher: battling rope: 4 sets for 45 secs with 45 sec rest in between sets
