Maybe he can deadlft 120kg 50 times. While you deadlift 160kg 10 times and cannot walk down stairs :s 

 

Not everyone is working out to failure or hypertrophy ..

 

I don't dl more than 110 or 120kg maybe twice a month these days .. need energy to go out running the next day :s
