For me, just changing the meal times helped liao - something like intermittent fasting. Moi eat 6hr window, don't eat 18hrs. You can start with a 8hr eating window and 16hr no eating. 8hr eating means .. eat 3 meals easily. Just eat the same as what you are eating right now .. as in total calories,

Fasting period do u drink? How much weight can u lose over length of duration?

Can drink la. Singapore you don't drink 3-4L of water a day is just cannot. Key is to not introduce solid foods high in calories during this time which pass through stomach.  Water, sparkling water, coffee (black) - all can. A random snack or two also can. 

 

Distribute your carb intake somewhat evenly over the 2 or 3 meals you take during your feeding hours. Stick to the schedule of same "rest hours" over an extended period of time to let the brain and body adjust and do its own thing. This type of eating schedule does mean you won't be able to join in to eat with many social events with family & colleagues .. 

 

You will lose weight only cos of health issues or if your calorie intake is less than you manage to spend. No two ways about that. But that above method of feeding kinda reduces the blood sugar levels a tiny bit and your body has slightly less water weight - atleast that's what happened in my case.

and it also improves/slow early dementia onsets, so kgk xdd @HarrisY1  shld consider doing them as well.

that means kgb still have alot of fats to burnt.

 

limpeh suggest kgb to do lateral runs to burn the fats off first b4 progressing to doing plank since kgb's core is still very weak.

 

after training up core, then do planking pushup.

 

planking is most effective when the belly fats r 80% burnt off liao.

but as wif all sexercise initially is like dat. after dat moi got use to it liow jiu wont ache
