At the market. Duck rice also nice. Got nice chinese nasi lemak too

there is a stall of nasi padang, cooked and sold by chinese.

the stall should be to the right of the Singapore Fried hokkein mee.

portions big, cooking good. but be prepared to pay.

.duck rice i tried one terrible, run by elderly couple

the duck rice used to be good. top ranking, premier league quality... that was in late 1990s to mid 2000s.

but sad to say, their standard dropped. now they are just another braised duck stall, division 1 or 2 now. i gave up eating their food in 2008..

the last good braised duck rice i had was in June 2020, at Ghim Moh hawker. Chuan Kee.

the last row, facing coffeeshop. fast moving, long queue. (unless u very suay to have someone in front buying 20 packets of duck rice.)

i like my duck rice wet wet with the lor zhup. shiok!
