Big ego & snr players like Abu, CR, "Niamah", etc need snr proven Managers to convince the Snr players. Otherwise, these snr ego players will boycott like Abu! The young players have everything to prove to get playing time and to get notice! So this Arteta & young players are a good match! G Jesus & many snr highly paid players are playing their best to get pick for WC! After WC, pattern may change. But also lets see how!
