I don't really like the taste of cavendish bananas. I eat too much can get leg cramps at night. But i like those bananas from malaysia eg, ang bak chio or keling chio...

So 2 to 3 days per week eating bananas Cavendish bananas are cooling thus i eat the usual amount as what i eat for malaysia bananas i will get leg cramps at night. So these bananas are on my banned items list.
