Offer him lifetime contract

Ten Hag is the right man, I'm backing him to succeed with the new structure

But it seems they want a coach rather than a manager, i.e. a yes man like Harry Potter or Gareth Safegate knn

HAHAHAHA

yes Ten Hag the right man. Fans of every other club agree. 🎉

jokes aside, what do you see in Ten Hag that says he’s the right man?

two full seasons and his teams look clueless and don’t know their roles.
Zero identity and big money flops.

I like the way he treated Sancho, Rashford and even Ronaldo.

Yes men like Harry Potter or Safegate would have crumbled.

Last season there were signs of promise. But this season has been ravaged by injuries. Strong first 11 but no depth is the problem here. I would give him one more season or two after INEOS does a major clearout this season. Still too many overpaid deadwood in the team.

How has his treatment of those three players helped the team though?

No depth? Dude has spent money like Citeh. So again, due to his bad management to me.

6th place looks the highest this season too with Villa & Spurs getting results.

Still better than Southgate though

one positive is his treatment of younger players

just hope they clear out all the overpaid injury prone older ones and let the young ones come through

Soton coach blamed their keeper for the final goal .. IDK what he could have done.

Just for that coach's statement .. I'd like Soton not to come up lol

even with 10 men, sotong looks like 11 men. imo they look so much a better side, but cant kill off this game.

that last goal the goal scorer too clever liao with quick thinking of that strike, and sotong defenders just zzz around him lol

Haha, I read this then went to watch highlights. The GK prolly should have moved towards the middle of the posts or left after the ball came in but he stayed near the right bar which was kinda covered by their rooted defenders ..

Quote

Southampton head coach Russell Martin told BBC Radio Solent:

"Their (winning) goal came out of nothing. It shouldn't go in and Gavin (Bazunu) should do better. He'll know that.

The coach prolly dulan the GK wasn't at the centre - so stretch also cannot stop the ball

Knn Ajax appoint Kroes, and now less than 2-3 weeks after joining - he's set to be dismissed for insider trading :wahaha:

But really IDK if he will make any $ when he sells - cos the stock is usually on a downward slope the last couple of seasons
