Rental prices have been going up quite a bit since last month and will keep going up with more tourist coming in! Am staying along Sukhunvit road and have been hiking to most places. Daily ave 15Km. Saw a lot of beautiful condos and many put SG condos to shame! There also many incomplete bldg due to the last FC! Saw this Noble Condo so nice but a few units away is this abandon bldg! Make sure to visit the area around Nihonmura Mall, you'll be shocked how nice the area is. The Japanese food there is so good and the prices so good, the Japanese I worked with back then flock to eat there.
