meng.huat Posted April 27, 2023 Share Posted April 27, 2023 闯女厕强奸妇女 30岁男判监12年鞭16下 男子潜伏于大巴窑某商业大楼内，再用家里的钥匙撬开女厕大门，对正在洗澡的一名中年妇女霸王硬上弓，被判坐牢12年和打鞭16下。 高庭法官彭康钊星期三（4月26日）下午下判时指出，被告周齐福是预谋犯案，并且对受害人使用暴力，但法庭同时考虑到他选择认罪，如今也对自己的行为感到后悔。 强奸案发生于2021年8月19日晚上8时许至9时之间，地点是大巴窑某商业大楼女厕。现年30岁的周齐福今年2月承认一项严重强奸与一项企图严重强奸的控状，他另外面对三项控状，交由法官下判时考虑。 根据案情，单身的被告在一家健康器材公司工作。案发两天前的晚上，他在商业大楼茶水间听到附近女厕传来洗澡声，接着看到受害人走出女厕。他第一眼看到52岁的受害人，就认为她非常性感。 案发当天，被告请病假没上班，当天傍晚7时左右，他特地前往商业大楼，准备强奸受害人。他先尝试打开女厕大门，发现大门上锁后就试着用自己住家的不同钥匙开门，最终得逞。女厕当时没人，被告于是在走廊“埋伏”，等候受害人出现。 晚上8时30分左右，受害人进入女厕洗澡。被告用钥匙打开厕所门后闯入，看到光着身子洗澡的受害人。被告把受害人推向洗脸盆，然后拉扯她的头发，捉住她的头部撞击洗脸盆与墙壁，试图把她撞昏，方便犯案。 受害人不断挣扎与大叫，被告于是用毛巾塞住她的嘴巴，并警告她别再出声，否则就掐她脖子。受害人跑进厕所隔间，但遭被告拉出，并在地板上强奸她。 30-year-old man sentenced to 12 years in prison for raping women in women's restroom A man lurked in a commercial building in Toa Payoh, then used his house key to pry open the door of the women's toilet, and beat a middle-aged woman who was taking a shower. He was sentenced to 12 years in prison and 16 strokes of the cane. Judge Peng Kangzhao of the High Court pointed out in his sentencing on Wednesday (April 26) afternoon that the defendant Zhou Qifu had premeditated the crime and used violence against the victim, but the court also considered that he chose to plead guilty and now regrets his actions. The rape case occurred between 8:00 pm and 9:00 pm on August 19, 2021, in the women's toilet of a commercial building in Toa Payoh. The 30-year-old Zhou Qifu pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated rape and one count of attempted aggravated rape in February this year. He is facing three other charges, which will be considered by the judge when sentencing. According to the facts, the single defendant worked for a health equipment company. Two nights before the incident, he heard the sound of bathing from the nearby women's toilet in the tea room of the commercial building, and then saw the victim walk out of the women's toilet. The first time he saw the 52-year-old victim, he thought she was very sexy. On the day of the incident, the defendant took sick leave and did not go to work. At around 7:00 pm that day, he went to the commercial building to prepare to rape the victim. He first tried to open the door of the women's toilet, and after finding that the door was locked, he tried to open the door with different keys from his home, and finally succeeded. There was no one in the women's toilet at the time, so the defendant "ambushed" in the corridor, waiting for the victim to appear. At around 8:30 p.m., the victim entered the women's toilet to take a bath. The defendant opened the toilet door with a key and broke in, and saw the victim taking a shower naked. The defendant pushed the victim towards the washbasin, then pulled her hair, grabbed her head and hit the washbasin and the wall in an attempt to knock her unconscious to facilitate the crime. The victim kept struggling and screaming, so the defendant stuffed her mouth with a towel and warned her not to make any noise, otherwise she would be strangled.
