If withdraw early usually hv to pay some interest. 
i have one unit trust fund which i dont plan to withdraw for 30 yrs. By then my child shld be done with uni and i wanna use that money to buy a house for my child (provided a good child lah lol)

tiagong it gives the highest fd rates among all the financial institutions here, both local and foreign.

if ur child smart and ambitious, i suggest u save seed money for him/her to use as biz instead for house.
