Its going to be how the law is interpreted. no one can 100% say there is no possibility of electoral fraud, even sexperts cover their pigus by saying this possibility is very low. and becos each state handles postal votes differently, there exists the possibility of massive discrepancy of how a vote is counted. and if the postal votes counting comes in too late and the results r too close as what we r now seeing, one of the parties is going to the supreme court to dispute the results.
