chamfer
Dark/light soy sauce, salt, grounded pepper, cooking oil, sesame oil i keep on counter(my kitchen has no direct sunlight) the pre-packed ready to use sauces are put on counter but away from stove Ungrounded pepper, sugar, unopened bottles of condiments keep inside dark cabinet. Oyster/tomato/chilli sauce once open put in fridge coz will get moldy. Those seasoning powder like knorr's hao chi, chicken cube, fried chicken power(once open) all put inside fridge. Pardon my grammer structure, having a bit mental block..... Edited April 22 by chamfer
