Some of my friends are "chers" and they told me, the "chers" now dont have any authority to punish students. They must counsel them instead! The school principals are afraid that the student complaint and the spoilt kid parents write into MOE or ministers! So all the "chers" can do now is to tahan. These days Teachers are quitting is not due to low pay or work, is the lack of authority they have with such spoilt kids!
