Unless, one goes to those who works in Bars, hotels or places where FT congregates! I met some Vietnamese girls who can speak some chinese too. Any continuity in any relationship is being able to converse! Is the women in vietnam, known to be the one that wears the pants? i.e they are the "man" in the house and makes the money! whereas the men are more lazy? Strangely, i get the locals in vietnam always ask me how old i am and i can "see" they are calculating something in their mind!
