another thai property i like to get at the pandemic firesale is this one.

 

 

lower density but further away from bts pleon chit.

 

 

my choice of thai properties, kym @Yamato kor kor??????

 

more for own stay and not so much for investment.

yeah, many of their units were sold at quite a high price to tiongland buyers in 2017-2018 who most likely defaulted last yr and coupled with their inventory, bargains shld be aplenty.

 

now just earn money on sgx and then spend like a sakti teochew towkay in bkk.

developer still asking for ard sgd450k.

 

that time got a bolehsian property agent offered me a new kl property for myr1m, quite centrally located.

 

i countered him myr500k cash upfront.

 

he must now be banging balls why he dont take my offer.

if sgx is kind enough to me, i buy more than that.

 

for all bolehsia's idiocrasy, kl is still a relatively good place to set up a operation hq due to the availability of supply chain in nearby pj and betel nut state.

viet is the new manufacturing hub.

 

when i was there in late 2000s, that place is still largely textile.

 

by the time i went there in 2015, the place is starting to manufacture samsung handsets.

 

best part abt vietnam is that a foreign manufacturer can have 100% ownership like in bkk, no smlj bumi quota.

 

and the bolehsians still can ask me why they r not attracting fdi.
