I guess for foreigners we are only allow to own condo/Appartments in Thailand.

Does anyone know how the property value now (due to covid) in Thailand? eg BKK?

What are the reliable properties (developers) that u would only stay in and which to aviod avoid?

Anyone has any experience in this matter?

Tiagong got loophole to buy landed. Is about opening a thai company. Park the landed house in the company. Got developers to help you do all these. But must find good reputation and trusted ones la.. tiagong document all in thai so must be careful when signing.

foreigners only allowed to own condo under their own name in siamland.

if want to buy landed property, either set up a thai company with the help of a competent lawyer or have the property under the name of ur siambu gf.

can have a look at noble and ananda as their offerings r quite tastefully designed and located in central bkk.

Thanks for the video.

Me also low ses leh!   I am just tired of seeing those PompousAnalPrick sabo sinkies.

I feel like a Foreigner in my birth place.   So i would like to move away and be a foreigner at a lower cost!

Countries with large amount of land dont allow foreigner to own land whereas, SG in such a land scares cuntry, SG still allows foreigner to own land!   :haha:

And still criticize Sinkie as Xiaxuay!  KNN

Yes i am aware that foreigners arent allowed to own land there!

Unless its prime land, its would be very dangerous to "game" the regulation.  As a foreigner, you are at the mercy of locals & corrupted people not to screw u big time.

Do u own properties abroad? If dont want to disclose in open, can DM me?

I am scouting for viable place to live. Can be Thai;and, Vietnam, Aussie or Japan.

Yes i heard about this, u will still be at the mercy of the Thais, If the Thais want to scam u they can screw u, even with the "land/debt contract" approach.

Ie.When No company = Land Gone!

These countries "legal" system are corrupted & are always pro locals.  So u will always at their mercy!

Only Gold Standard SG is Sinkie pawn Sinkie!

bkk will be good choice since the environment is relatively relaxed and no religious nonsense.

a safe but rather cumbersome way is to obtain a waiver from the thai foreign investment board if ur thai investment is very substantial.

Yes i like the vibes of Thais...

From my experience .... it's Kindness begets kindness...

If the price of the Bkk Condo is not much of a difference then perhaps i will just rent..

The neighbors & surroundings are key as well....

What about flooding in BKK??  Raising water is a concern for JKT & BKK.

hua hin good choice as it is a beach resort town but a bit far.

i would suggest chon buri as it is only abt an half an hr's drive away using the highway.

alternatively, u can do what a thai friend of mine did and that is buy in the outskirt suburbs like bang khun thian or khan na yao.

cheaper and also nostalgic, like u r living in a 1970s bolehsian small town except the district is much bigger.

Haha my wife loves hua hin cause small beach town. Past 2 years she was looking at those cluster housing. 100k sgd. The 2.5hrs drive is ok for me. Further from BKK better cause less crowded and away from flood zones 😁

central bkk gone up by 3 fold while manila went up by 5 fold in the past 10 yrs, thx to tiong money.

if u think burma is bad, look at cambodia.

sgp pales in comparison.

what the tiongs do is that they usually partner with the local brutes.

build all those hotels and office blocks with no tenants.

in comparison, i think i m a saint in doing barter trade with the burmese.

Just rent. Easier to runroad from siambu:wahaha:

City center 1000sgd or so can rent 1br studio. In suburbs can rent landed for the same amount.

Across the river, bang khae and bang wa areas are underrated for now. Basically when mrt/bts extends somewhere it will unlock that area for more people. Because of the bad traffic, mrt/bts is usually faster than car in city center.

Can see what's available here https://www.residences.in.th/en

the sure sink districts will be central or water districts such as pathum wan and bang sue.

the wont flood districts r the outer suburbs such as bang khun tian.

relative near but safe district will be chatchucak.
