For eg, my pilot friends complaint no liquidity because they asset rich!, SFO have 1+1 Condo properties +1 conti car & Cpt have 1 (landed) +2 Condo properties + 2 conti cars! So they are highly geared. All they need is to sell 1 car & dont go hotel eat every day can liao! This can tie them over this covid period! They dont want, they need the statues and lifestyle to show they have made it! Can not Xia xuay! BKT guy i dont know. i didnt support him!
