when the loan deferment ends in december, he is really going to get it.

sgp is a little island... the property salesperson can argue that land is a limited resource.

Penang island, also can use the same excuse...

land space is limited on the high SES satki penang island.

 

mainland penang nobody wants to buy. because mainland penang is low SES.

satki kias stay penang island like @HarrisY ah gong and ah ma...

 

cannot use this excuse to bluff in KL... if no space, just build outwards....

anyway KL is full of low SES peasants trying to act atas.

thats the excuse they used in building sentosa cove as monaco of the east and look where it brought the economy to.

 

penang is in a much better state as they refocused on manufacturing, particularly on semicon-related industry after 2008.

 

this will provide a cushion of local buyers.

 

kl now is facing a glut of supply in high-end condos with no local buying demand.

 

and kl is still completing more buildings over the new 2 yrs with no buyers or tenants.
