iswaran is in charge of transportation in pappyland while ong beng seng is in the leisure biz, so what benefits could iswaran give ong??????

 

looking at iswaran's cv, the only time he could have come into contact with ong was during his stint in mti where he was in charge of industry.

 

even during that period, there was hardly any benefits iswaran could give ong in terms of leeways for his hoteling.

 

so question, would any towkay bribe a minister who is unable to give him any benefits???????

 

limpeh dont see any motives for a towkay bribing a minister with portfolio which r unrelated to his business.

for iswaran, the motives can be monetary or sexual while for ong, the benefits will be leeway for his operations.
