Sure will have ppl who ignore n tink they r best driver... Daily u can see lazy drivers who rather endanger others by doing a 90degrees turn than take a longer route cos their time more important

moreover it seems like our govt more interested in LGBT than actual impt issues that effects every residents in SG

Use political correctness, use video based to pass this law using political correctness, something like what American is doing.

 

What if they dont listen, in russia there many suicide ;)
