　　女友见状，叫被告冷静下来，被告表示自己不在乎，之后还将婴儿车和奶粉罐等物品扔下楼。

　　被告除了高楼抛物和导致儿子受伤外，也偷脚踏车和当阿窿跑腿。他昨天认罪，被判坐牢13个月又9周，鞭打3下。

　　由于被告在假释期间犯罪，因此需多坐牢一周。
