the real trigger point is the shut-down of major cities, particularly the economic centers of shanghai, canton, shenzhen and jiangzhe.

 

limpeh first time hear prolonged shut-down and start-stop of economic centers can still generate economic growth.

but out of all seriousness, limpeh just give 3 points can pawn all these horseback cannons gao gao liao.

 

1. building roads/rails-to-nowhere

2. housing stocks enough for 50 yrs built in 20 yrs

3. inefficiency in allocation of financial resources, particularly property and steel, resulting in leakages (corruption)

 

so bound to reach economic saturation point sometime 10-25yrs later de.

remind of a country, every few yr replace new common walkway, bus shelter which design to last 20yr but replace after 5yr, walkways shelter, eating place keep renovation but i dont see any change at all etc....
