ok, looks passable. but for home cooked, i think a bit too much cooking oil is used.. can really do with less oil with the chicken/pork dices. i will suggest quick deep frying the chicken/pork dices to 50% cooked before no oil stir frying with the veges. that way, the chicken/pork flavor is brought out without being overly oily.
