OK what bank is he using that allow such large transfers?   Nowadays with DBS CC, you cannot pay Singhealth if they are not registered ahead as a vendor in your app (with 24 hours cooling off).    And for PayNow, there is a per day limit of 50K in my case. This would require more then 3 months to complete!
