The_King Posted February 16 Share Posted February 16 A member of our COMPLAINT SINGAPORE Facebook group had posted her bad experience at a Texas Chicken Singapore outlet, located at Hougang Capeview, whereby a male service staff refused to give in to the customer's request for chicken thigh and and drum, despite having many ready at the rear, and was rude and refused to take her order and left the counter abruptly. === Here are the text extract from her original post: This staff at Texas Fried chicken Hougang capeview at very terrible and lousy service . He is wearing grey t shirt with sucks and rude attitude ! I ask for drum and Thye and there are so many over there he doesn’t want to give and he said he don’t want to take my order and don’t want to do business !!!! What kind of staff you have he should be sack !!! He is a Malay guy wearing grey t shirt and dirty looking with long hair ! He did not even dare to give his name ! === Barely a day after the complaint was posted, it received an official reply from Texas Chicken Singapore via the comment section of the said post, here is the reply: Texas Chicken Singapore Dear Apple Tan, We sincerely thank you for sharing your feedback and apologise for the incident that you have experienced. We assure you that such feedback is being attended to and we take with seriousness with respect to the alleged staff.
