many ppl dont understand it's the experience/skill that one has that allows the bowl of noodles better then others

 

i sure many  experience this before, the main cook the husband goes to take a break, the wife takes over and do the cooking, u can immediately find that the taste is different. SAME RECIPE too but how come taste different?

But not many people can taste the difference. Some people just buy blindly due to the stall name.

 

Just like my husband side family members all cannot taste the difference of use of margarine and butter in cakes and biscuits and pay high price for something made out of margarine.

just give them blind taste test of these 2 brands.

 

if still cannot tell the difference, limpeh suggest them to better see ent specialist liao.

This is going to be the trend for the next 2 yrs where every stall owner will be selling $500k-1M this recipe regardless of whether its worth the money! 

 

Thats why i said this in the past, better quickly go and makan those traditional dishes/old hawker stalls.    :hehe:

Both also i cant afford to eat when small. 

 

I remember we only have this type at home.

of cos, recipe formulation is different for different regions.

I just had yu mian at Malaysia Boleh, when i oredered,  i told the uncle i wanted to have my egg stirred cooked. 

 

HE served me the yu mian with toppings then he realized he forgot about the egg!  Then he pour everything back into the pot and put the egg in to cook again!  Every toppings became soggy and the yu mian was over cooked liao!   NO apology!

 

Hiaz......... !    In my mind i suan myself "SONGBOH"!

Was very hungry! That was my lunch at 5pm.   I shook my head and Just took it! 

 

This just shows, there's no such thing as pride anymore!   Its about money!

yah..... I will also blacklist store that are over price with mediocre quality! 

 

Today i walk past, didnt see that uncle there liao!

 

Maybe he part timer or ...?
