I seldom talk about my personal journey here. I felt i have to sort of 'restart' despite been on on and off practice with a proper teacher(@huatzai) for almost 5 years. Felt i lose touch with my 'gift' and meditation practice and thus lost my 初心 . Another is my ego problem which on and off surface up which i acknowledge and trying hard to be humble. I chose to ignored the signs and continue thinking everything is ok.....until that book(@huatzai). So back to the drawing board again and re-do....

I learned that innovation and creativity is dead once i step out to work and especially in govt sector. Too bad i spolit my chances when i was offered to work overseas when i was young.

Dark/light soy sauce,salt,grounded pepper,cooking oil,sesame oil i keep on counter(my kitchen has no direct sunlight) the pre-packed ready to use sauces are put on counter but away from stove Ungrounded pepper,sugar,unopened bottles of condiments keep inside dark cabinet. Oyster/tomato/chilli sauce once open put in fridge coz will get moldy. Those seasoning powder like knorr's hao chi,chicken cube,fried chicken power(once open) all put inside fridge. Pardon my grammer structure,having a bit mental block.....

Open hospital but no enough local doctors/nurses/staff. In polyclinic i kena india and burmese doctors,hospital i kena india doctor... is this 1st world living? Seem like we are gostan into 3rd world standard.

Never knew ducks can bring misfortune to owner. Last time i reared indonesian tiger fishes/flower horn then i suay like hell. But reared other fishes no suay especially koi.

Some old people can know their end is near and will drop hints to children/caregivers. Dying person signs might be subtle.
