Miso soup was flavourful and rich. Yuzu flavor salad sauce was refreshing. Free flow rice, salad, miso soup. You grind your own sesame seeds. And choose the sauce of preference. Even though this cost a bit more. The red snapper or the local called it 鲷 is my favorite. Had to order another plate of it. Fluffy egg omelette. It's so fluffy I'm gonna die. Fried crab claws. The meat was sweet. Potato fries the menu wrote. More like wedges. And it's sweet potato. Crispy outside, soft inside. A nice balance of sweet and salty. And of cos... Japanese whiskey from Chita to complete the entire meal. Raw squid with kimchi sauce Pan fried sweet potatoes Pan fried mixed vegetables Pan fried tofu I don't beef, ordered the Okinawa prawns set Tender and juicy prawns The prawn heads are like crackers. Fried bitter gourd with eggs. It's bitterly delicious Desert... Crushed ice with red beans and mochi.
