@stemcell

sorry for the trouble.

i got a few thing that i am not sure of.

1st: for the VINYL (LURF)  it thickness it 4.5mm. got thicker?

2nd  is it clip on  installing instead of glue. so that in future i can remove and replace the VINYL if needed

3rd since my bto need floor screed, do floorxpert do the screed as well?

4th if yes, after floor screed, got apply self leveling compound?

5th, do they knock down wall?

sorry jsut want to know what they do, so easier for me to plan.

thanks

No problem.

1) I think 4.5 quite thick, lurf is the cheaper brand right? got another type is thicker. You need to check with them

2) is clip on, although it's clip on. It's not removable or not so easy without professional help

3) You need to check with them, I do

4) No need for self leveling, but if u want need to pay extra.

5) don't think so, if they do also outsource like floor leveling. They are purely flooring company

No la, don't know where u heard that from. You sure will check on their quality after doing right?

Tiles pop is easier to change. I think by that time you will don't care if it did. Cause it's something u can easily overlook.

U been to someone house who's floor tiles pop? Seldom right?

normally cement ratio, even tiler don't even measure.

Cement all quite standard, only some dry slightly slower rates.

If they cannot mix it well, they cannot fix it also.

So if u can check their tile is level and straight means got standard.

If anything crack can replace is consider good already. Just keep a few tiles for spares.

My firm got do architecture, structure, design and construction.

cement to sand ratio ... if u buying hdb they got law to comply to the ratio. cannot ownself buy sand and cement mix urself like salad.

some older hdb got this tile popup issues ... like more than 30 yrs ones but is consider minority.

landed property does not apply to this cement to sand ruling.

the problem is no one to check, how to know if the correct ratio is added
