    • me 2 month ago buy some amber glass jar, as usual, anything with glass i will do a full recording of unbox and showing damage or not. g1 buy 5 jar, seller give 3, as shoppee for part refund, lucky got full video, else GG     back to the delivery, so far nth is missing (touch wood) but i try to use either lazada or shoppe even if it 1  to 3 more expensive for their  collection point or self locker. i view home delivery as 2nd choice, so free  i also dont want, i feel safer using the above     if too expensive item , i just go shop buy like hp if there have no   collection point or self locker
    • Just wanted to flag this weird behavior that I've just encountered recently to my Shopee delivery this evening, and just in case it has been happening to anyone else, cause if you don't have a camera, this might cause a rift with your neighbours. Scenario, as you can see from the video I was expecting my parcel to be delivered today Delivery guy walks out of the lift, takes a glance at my unit, before going to my neighbour's unit to take proof of delivery When he's taking the proof of delivery, it's very weird that he's shaking his phone while taking the photo, enlarged in the video for better clarity He takes the proof of delivery, and proceeds to walk away, with the parcel still on his hands. And while doing so, he took a step backwards, before proceeding to the lift Giving him a benefit of doubt that he's too tired, too blur, too whatever you think he might be, so in the end I didn't receive my parcel Conspiracy theory Should I not have my doorbell camera recording the whole situation down, this could potentially become a tricky situation He can cry wolf that he had delivered to my neighbour with his proof of delivery. And my take is he deliberately make the photo a bit blurry so he can argue he might have seen wrongly the unit number and that's the only fault he'll carry Then he'll just blame my neighbour for taking the item and don't own up to it. Imagine how this could create a huge misunderstanding with your neighbour if there's no evidence. And I'm not even sure what Shopee would do in this scenario. Current situation I have sent Shopee the video of him taking the parcel away They say they will investigate, and likely is gonna be a full refund if it's conclusive Anyone else had similar situation before, where the parcel is 'said to be delivered to your neighbour', but they say they didn't receive it? Think twice before a quarrel or rift starts.
