Ace Daikin servicing means they dismantle until just the bare back plate.   They will wash the fins and coils in bathroom   I can see 6 months and the gunk collect quite a lot. So all these in-situ washing is BS to me   I think once awhile need to flush the pipes too. I think need to use compressed air. They will block the pipes leading to each unit and flush     what I really need is for them to wash the floor where the compressor sits. Algae always form. Each time, I forget need to inform the ah soh downstairs to remove their red teh kor and pots and pans. I am thinking maybe invest in a high pressure washer. Each time it rains, I let it rip.   In future I think HDB need to outlaw clothes hanging outside as if hanging national flags.
