well it's been a long while since I've fasted, mostly doing IF now. 

 

it's hard to continue when dealing with a high stress lifestyle, then again it's a vicious cycle.

 

gonna take next few months to slowly clean up my diet then see how it goes from there. goal is to lose 10kg this year with minimal HIIT exercise and resistance training.

i do 16/8

 

already used to it so.....i think it managed to maintain my bodyfat % while retaining muscle mass for a loooong while until i started junking

done 16/8 before.

 

48 should not be a problem. most like once per month
