Chestnut Posted February 18, 2020 Share Posted February 18, 2020 (edited) 新型冠狀病毒疫情持續，香港到處出現排隊搶口罩，巿民甚至盲搶囤積米糧、廁紙，更有笨賊為廁紙而打劫。相反，一直視香港為主要競爭對手的新加坡，雖然確診人數比香港還要多，但恐慌情況卻未有香港嚴重。近日政圈更流傳一段新加坡貿工部部長陳振聲的錄音，據說是陳振聲向基層解說新加坡處理口罩的策略，期間不斷與香港搶口罩囤積物資的情況作對比，更揶揄香港人的表現「低能」，呼籲新加坡民眾不能學香港。 陳振聲提到，在社交媒體所有人都在爭奪口罩，但反問「這是不是一個解決辦法？」他指口罩已經由兩毫子坡幣升至兩元，「甚至出到三元都買不到」。他指新加坡政府亦因此陷入兩難，如若不全民派口罩，會被罵不關心民眾；如若全民派口罩，雖然皆大歡喜，但卻會導致醫護人員的口罩不足，屆時出現社區爆發，則醫療系統會立即垮台。 陳振聲認為，若新加坡學香港，一人一日一口罩，每日就要五百萬口罩；但疫情可能持續數月，這樣的需求根本無法滿足，所以新加坡必須有策略地使用口罩，分優次保證口罩的供應，首先是醫護人員，其次是的士司機、巴士司機或其他前綫服務人員。他承認，不全民戴口罩或許是一場賭博，但可以確保有足夠的儲備。 陳振聲又提到香港目前出現的市民搶購糧食及廁紙的現象，認為是「monkey see monkey do」（有樣學樣）的「無腦行為」，「如果真的吃那麼多飯和即食麵，肯定腸胃炎」。他呼籲新加坡人不要讓自己變得那麼「醜怪」（disgraceful）， 不能學別人那樣「低能」（idiot）。 他指香港即使「表現低能」，亦不會影響其經濟地位，皆因香港背靠中國，外商仍然會與香港做生意，但如若新加坡方寸大亂，不夠鎮定，則以後不會有人敢與新加坡貿易，「所有國家可以表現得低能（idiot），新加坡不可以」，「我們穩定，其他地方自然對我們有信心」，「否則病毒未殺死我們，我們已被自己的行為殺死」。 陳振聲最後表明，其他國家只是關注如何控制疫症，但新加坡不能夠短視，政策需要更具前瞻性，要研究疫後如何重建經濟發展的問題，強調新加坡政府會給予旅遊等企業基金周轉，同時會思考如何在疫後重建，如何更快地恢復自身經濟，「香港不是這樣想，但我們要認真地看看，如何令我們的位置在疫後變得有利」。 新加坡是一個精英管治國家，公共政策講求理性決策，與香港現時價值失落、民粹至上的社會截然不同。陳振聲以「低能」形容香港社會，或許是一語中的。 全文刊《星島日報》專欄「大棋盤」 https://std.stheadline.com/instant/articles/detail/1203473/即時-香港-專欄-新加坡部長揶揄香港-低能 Edited February 18, 2020 by Chestnut 2 Shalala lala la la ~ 🌠 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
