The_King Posted January 26 Share Posted January 26 SINGAPORE — Tampines residents and visitors will now have another supermarket to shop at with the opening of Fairprice Finest in Century Square on Saturday (27 Jan). Located on basement 1 of the shopping mall, the outlet will operate daily from 8am to 11pm, FairPrice Group said. Spanning 14,000 square feet, the store is the 38th FairPrice Finest store to open in Singapore. It will offer the same range of curated fresh produce from locally sourced brands, organic options, and other exotic varieties, as with all FairPrice Finest stores. FairPrice Finest Century Square will also feature an exclusive dine-in area under the Grocer Bar and Grocer Kitchen concepts. What dine-in options are there at FairPrice Finest Century Square? At the Grocer Kitchen, shoppers can 'Pick ‘n’ Cook' selected cuts of beef or seafood, including sides such as a salad and soup, and consume them in-store. There will be an $8 cooking fee. Ready-to-Eat (RTE) hot food options can also be purchased, ranging from Chirashi Dons to roasted delights such as Dang Gui Duck and Three Flavour Chicken. Meanwhile, at the Grocer Bar, shoppers may purchase and drink alcoholic drinks for an $8 corkage fee. The bar will offer a drinks menu, with an outlet exclusive "Century Bliss" cocktail by French wine and spirits seller, Pernod Ricard, and draught beer from local brewery Red Dot Brewhouse. The dining area can accommodate up to 20 diners. It can also host food and drink events such as special pop-ups, workshops and wine-tasting sessions. FairPrice Finest Century Square is located at 2 Tampines Central 5, #B1-07. In lieu of the opening, the store will run exclusive in-store promotions from 27 Jan to 16 Feb.
