Of course I know about the Second Amendment. I am inferring that US is a weapons making country and therefore they will never ban guns. To allow your citizens to own a shotgun or hunting rifle for protection is one thing, to allow assault rifles or automatic weapons is on an entirely different level.

When I say China or US, I meant as a whole and not a few border cities that requires arms due to disputes or skirmishes. You can find arms in every city in US but can you find arms in every city in China? Your logic that a country is big and therefore need arms is invalid.

Why do gangs have superior firearms in the first place? It is obviously because the US government allow it to be sold in their own market and thus created a problem and then claim that the police and the citizens need to arm themselves for protection. And you keep repeating the same few points about border cities that have firearms. Can you find firearms in Beijing, Shanghai etc compared to NY, LA?
