Me bathroom wall is tiled while ceiling bobian so painted false ceiling but u still need an outlet for chiur steam/water vapour else will still moulding... BM is tested to be good by USA tradesmen ( I respect some of them, they are proud of their job) Nippon is tested by SG tradesmen and I don't trust. If They got 50% of USA tradesmen skill and proud of their job then i will worry FYI I bet hardly anyone in sg know paint color got LFV .
