benevolent dictatorship b4 the word dictator became synonymous  with tyrannical rulers.

dictatorship was a magistrate with emergency powers subject to severe limitations on these powers and also limited by his term as magistrate in the roman republic.

unfortunately, benevolent dictators r far and few in history.

alternatively, ai dictatorship is feasible considering that 80% of the world's population cannot think critically.

wahahahahahha

For years I always think every voter should take an an Aptitude Test before they are allowed to vote. It doesn't guarantee shit but at least there is a certain yard stick

but if the voter happen to have cambridge degree but is incompetent, how?????

Exactly the problem, but I agree.

AI is just a very long list of IF conditions, not anywhere near the complexity of reality

The purpose of the test is not to influence the voter but rather to determine if the voter knows who/what/why he/she is voting. It will be based on a series of questions to test on common sense, values, empathy, ethics, etc and less on academics. If the voter pass the test and still want to go ahead and vote in a dictator, then too bad the vote will be counted.
