Yeah @Rainowar Got intro some 气功 to me. Does work but im lazy to practice constantly. I find myself more energetic recently despite all the aching. Sleeping less yet dont feel tired. Generally quality of life started to improve. I still recommends doing acupunture. Regular sessions helped me a lot over the past couple of years.
