Me feel breakfast 1 week 1 loaf of bread settle. For lunch maybe old man oats pour hot water. Then dinner can buy outside or vice versa. Due to my age I also don't eat a lot nowadays. Old man oats one packet 1 kg can last one month for me. But for young ppl then need find replacement for oats of cuz.
So 10 enough or not enough really depends on individual age and preference. Of cuz we don't put proteins etc topic in becuz if want then need go deeper like tofu vegetables fish pork chicken etc
My own take is if all meals eat outside cannot. Some meals have to be home cooked. Breakfast buy a loaf of bread two pieces each time can last whole week. When you challenge 10 per day eating is not for shiok but just to survive don't faint due to hunger. Also to make it your expectation of each meal volume cannot be a lot help to keep slim haha 😆
