Watched both, Lv2 kara Cheat datta Motoyuusha Kouho no Mattari Isekai Life has a pretty weak storyline, but ok if you like overpowered isekai.   Guild no Uketsukejou desu ga isn't isekai, the main heroine is from the same world, just blessed with a god tier skill. I'm reading the manga, the anime hasn't really come to the part where the god tier skill becomes a common level skill and the real fighting begins, the story picks up towards the back.
