Family of 4 who manages ryokan swept away by flood, Known for it's anime mascot

Family of four including 81 year old ryokan owner Toshimi Watanabe, her daughter Yumi (54), son in law Chiki (54) and eldest grandson Kenta (28) had been swept away by the flood as they return from evacuation in Yufu, Oita prefecture. Body of Toshimi had been found on the 8th but remaining family members are still missing for more than a week, the family's second grandson (24) is returning from Aichi.
The ryokan was known for using animation character Chizuru as their mascot following their attempt to gain younger generation customers after Kyushu earthquake of 2016.
