It was believed that the body of a female was fished out, which alerted the police to the scene for three hours of investigation. The floating body case occurred at around 7 a.m. today (March 30) in the waters near Kallang Riverside Park. When our reporter arrived, the police had blocked off a large area of the scene and set up blue tents on the shore. Several police officers also held up white sheets next to the blue tent to investigate. According to eyewitnesses, when a government boat was cleaning up garbage in the river this morning, it found the body of a 60-year-old woman believed to be in the water and immediately called the police. The police arrived shortly afterwards and were still conducting evidence collection and investigation at the scene as of 10:30 a.m. It was observed that the body found was wearing blue clothes and trousers.
