After years of hard work, the "localization" of Chinese durian is no longer a fantasy! "Sanya Daily" reported that the durian base in the Sanya Yucai Ecological Zone in Hainan has begun to take shape. It is expected that 1,400 mu of durian will be mature and listed in June this year, with an output of 3,500 catties/mu, and an output value of RMB 100,000 per mu ( RM65,100) and above.

The person in charge of the Sanya Agriculture and Rural Bureau said that four years ago, Sanya introduced durian varieties and actively developed Sanya’s characteristic industry. At present, 10,000 mu of durian has been planted. This year, 2,000 to 3,000 mu of durian has been fruited. on durian
