They can't even sit in the same room without breaking into factions (sigh, don't ask). If you can't even unite the people, screw the economy. 1

If you can't even unite the people, screw the economy. allow limpeh to bring didi back in time. strictly speaking, pinoyland is actually 2 different countries rolled into 1, the christian north and the muslim south. the spanish captaincy-general basically pacified the north and engaged in guerilla warfare in the south b4 the americans came in 1898. however, becos of the harsh rule of the spanish by the 1800s, even the christian north was restless. so thats why when the americans came in 1898, many pinoys actually welcomed the americans with open arms until ard 1899 when relations broke down resulting in the american-pinoy war. the americans basically pacified the south via the ottomans while in the north, they established secular education, gave local representation, set up a public health system and encourage free trade. so pinoyland was actually very promising in 1946 due to the the high education level and the comparatively developed economy. then macros decided to extend his rule in 1972 via a false flag operation. and as they say, the rest is history.
