Moi boring but simple and healthy home-cooked dinner

Never cook char kway teow before decided to fry some for lunch yesterday

 

Getting prepared

Fry garlic and lard

Add chinese sausage, prawns, fish cake, fry them till fragrant and then add yellow noodle and kway teow

Add fish sauce and soya sauce when fragrant add egg at the side

Finally add black sweet sauce and vegetables

It's the weekend, time to relax by doing some cooking. Missed Singapore's curry so cooked some today

 

Prepare the blended mixture of shallots, onions, ginger, galanga, dry and fresh chili

Fry some lemongrass and curry leaves

Mix in the blended mixture fry until fragrant and then add chicken

Add water and coconut milk

Bring it to boil at low heat and its ready to go

 

I like it with indian roti
